The estate’s five houses combine elements of traditional architecture and modern aesthetics for the perfect accommodation in Crete.
They have a fire safety and fire detection system as well as internet (WiFi)
Each property has exclusive use and is located in its own enclosed area with fragrant cypress trees and native plants and consists of ground floor, first floor and wooden mezzanine floor. The houses have a breath-taking view, looking out over the majestic Samitos Mountain.
The ground floor includes a living room with fireplace and kitchenette area, elevated living room terrace, bathroom and bedroom leading on to a 20 square metre shaded sun terrace.
The living room consists of a traditional sofa, which can be converted into two single beds, coffee table, corner fireplace, air conditioning and smart satellite TV.
The kitchenette includes a table with four chairs, coffee maker, kettle and small refrigerator.
The raised terrace includes a large marble-top table and two armchairs.
The terrace is protected from the sun by a wicker canopy.
The bathroom includes a marble countertop with toilet, washbasin, spacious shower stall, towels, bathrobes, slippers, hair dryer and a basket containing complementary toiletries.
The bedroom includes a double bed with two wooden bedside tables, traditional three-door wardrobe with safe, air conditioning and smart satellite TV.
The bedroom terrace includes outdoor furniture (two-seater sofa, coffee table and 2 armchairs) and modern luxury whirlpool Jacuzzi.
The terrace is shaded by a wooden pergola covered with a wicker canopy and the whirlpool by a large fabric awning with 90% UV protection.
The open-loft, first floor wooden mezzanine includes a bedroom area leading on to an outdoor terrace.
The bedroom includes a double bed, two bedside tables, metal open wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Small pets are welcome.
